All the manuscripts should be submitted via the submitting system only and you can click the button bottom to start submitting. Initial submissions must be anonymous for blind review. Please remind that the deadline for manuscript would be 31th of july in 2019

Article layout guide:
Documents size is A4 (21 x 29.7 cm).
Language of submission is English.
Title: Use bold for your article title. The full title and subtitle are provided on the first page, and an abstract of max 200 words.
Keywords: Please give five or six keywords.
Headings: Please indicate the level of the section headings in your article.
l First-level headings (e.g. Introduction, Conclusion) should be in bold, with an initial capital letter for any proper nouns.
l Second-level headings should be in bold italics, with an initial capital letter for any proper nouns.
l Third-level headings should be in italics, with an initial capital letter for any proper nouns.
l Fourth-level headings should be in bold italics, at the beginning of a paragraph.
l Fifth-level headings should be in italics, at the beginning of a paragraph.
The maximum length is 5000 words for full papers . This is for the main body of text (excluding abstract and references). Font: Times New Roman, 12-point, double-line spaced. Use margins of at least 2.5 cm .
Tables and figures: Indicate in the text where the tables and figures should appear.
Authors use APA reference citation style.
Initial submissions must be anonymous for blind review. Authors of accepted papers will be informed in a later stage on how to include author information. Manuscripts are submitted via submitting webpage. Authors will keep the copyright of their work (they will be asked to authorize the use of their material in the conference proceedings).
